History
1999 - Systems & Equipments Maintainance Co.: Started with a trading of light engineering goods exports to Europe & South Asian Countries.
2000 - Semco India Pvt. Ltd.: Representing CRRC Datong in India for Sales & Marketing of their products.
2003 - Semco Forge: Established Manufacturing facility for Steel Forging at Sahibabad Ghaziabad.
2006 - Semco & CNR Datong: Entered into a JV for manufacturing Axles & Wheel Sets.
2007 - Semco Tech Services: Started representing foreign companies in Defense sector in India.
2018 - Semco Infratech: Entered into new energy domain with supply of turnkey lithium battery manufacturing solutions.
2022- Semco Infratech captured the highest market share of 75% in organized sector for Lithium Battery Testing & Manufacturing equipment.

CRRC Corporation Limited (known as CRRC) is a Chinese publicly traded company and is the largest rolling stock manufacturer in the world. Semco is in partnership with CNR Datong Electric Locomotive Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the CRRC. In 2006, it entered a joint venture with a Chinese company CNR Datong Electric Locomotives Company to form CRRC Datong SEMCO Railway Traffic Co. Ltd, which develops, manufactures and supplies railway wheelsets and their parts - wheels, wheel centers, axles for all types of railway vehicles. Having formed synergies in this Chinese joint venture, SEMCO became the largest railway wheelsets and axle provider in India, enjoying 75% of market share in the industry. CRRC Datong’s manufacturing takes place according to international standards like UIC, AAR, IRIS and so on.

Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC manufactures guns. It offers firearms, pistols, revolvers, rifles, custom firearms, bolt action rifles, custom firearms, law enforcement weapons, and parts and accessories. The company also provides firearm repair and refinishing services. Since 2008, Semco Tech Services has been the official Indian representative of Colt Manufacturing LLC. In the past decade of this collaboration, Semco and Colt both have been actively participating in the Indian Defence sector.
